Inclusion + Wellbeing ensures our approach to safety is physical and psychological – addressing the unique risk factors in construction. It also promotes a culture where everyone is included no matter what role they play. Everyone has a voice and should feel empowered to speak up and ‘call it out’ if something doesn’t feel right or could be done differently.
We are delighted to have been awarded the Mental Health Matters award for our 5 Ways to Wellbeing campaign in Australia. The campaign is centred on a set of five evidence based health messages about the kinds of activities that people can do that are known to improve mental health and wellbeing.
