At Laing O’Rourke we encourage all workplaces to deliver a briefing which includes references to critical controls. If the workplace is going to shutdown 1. Review site activities against our high consequence risks for safety (FSR’s) and environment (SER’s). 2. Plan in advance to leave the site safe and secure 3. Identify and communicate details for support services If the workplace is going to work through 1. Plan for FSR/SER’s 2. Contingency planning for resources 3. Emergency/incident plans A presentation pack is provided as a guide only and we suggest all workplaces tailor these messages with their own content to suit their operations and circumstances. Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy and happiness, but for many it’s the most difficult time of the year. The festive period can intensify feelings of loneliness, increase financial worries and put pressure on people to have the “perfect” Christmas. Let’s all make the most of every day by incorporating the five ways into our daily routine. The ‘Five Ways Festive Toolkit’ provides some simple suggestions and recommendations of what services are available across Australia. The Festive Five Ways to Wellbeing poster should be displayed prominently at all workplaces. No Comments Leave a Reply Cancel reply
