Inclusion + Wellbeing ensures our approach to safety is physical and psychological – addressing the unique risk factors in construction. It also promotes a culture where everyone is included no matter what role they play. We are delighted to have been awarded the Mental Health Matters award for our 5 Ways to Wellbeing campaign in Australia. The campaign is centred on a set of five evidence based health messages about the kinds of activities that people can do that are known to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Following an extensive review across the Australia hub we have made significant improvement to our Fatal and Severe Risk Standards. This review reflects the events that have occured over the past 12 months and has involved subject matter experts involved in the work activities from all areas including our supply chain and clients.
