Fatal Severe Risk Rollout 2021

Over the course of 2020 Laing O Rourke across Australia conducted a review all of our Fatal and Severe Risks with a focus on simplifying critical controls both at a system and field assurance levels. During the review we identified the need to develop new FSR’s. The review involved Laing O Rourke subject matter expects, industry representatives and was followed up with project trials. The process involved analysing previous significant events, industry trends and incorporating legislation updates . The updated and new FSR’s are now ready for use.
