World Mental Health Day 10 October 2020

This year’s World Mental Health Day is set amidst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. 2020 has been challenging for us all and perhaps even more so for those who are already suffering with mental health conditions as they may be experiencing greater social isolation than ever before.

The call to action for this year’s World Mental Health Day campaign is: “Look after your mental health, Australia.”

It’s a simple call to action for the 1 in 5 Australian’s affected by mental illness annually, and for the many more impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. A toolbox for our people can be found here.
