The field of positive psychology recognises 5 key factors for promoting an optimum state of wellbeing and satisfaction with life. These are known as PERMA. This introductory video series looks at what it means to ‘thrive’ or flourish, and how we can build on the 5 components of PERMA both in our personal lives and at work.
