Its December already which means we need to be thinking about planning activities for the Christmas shutdown period. In case you haven’t already.

If your project is shutting down and shutdown planning hasn’t commenced, attached are two templates that may be useful.  We don’t have mandatory templates in the system as our projects have significantly different risk profiles.

We have recently refreshed and relaunched the System Requirement for Supply Chain Management.  This recognises the important role our supply chain partners play in delivering projects.  The documents sets out our approach to and expectations of the management of HSE performance by our
supply chain partners.
